From the doc: 'This program can be used to open or delete files at certain times for exemple: You are at you freinds house and he or she is pissing you off you want to delete some file the problem is they will know you have done it, but with this tool you can set the files to be opend or erased at a certain time eg teo hours after you heve left. This program was mainly ment for use with executing trojan servers in places like internet cafe's or a round a friends or what ever. Its also useful for erasing files like internet eplorer at school again you would rather it would be erased when you are not there so thats were this comes in handy. Do not forget to write out the full and correct route to the file eg: C:windowsotepad.exe Oh yea and don't forget to use the hide function so no one can see it.'
