Instructions are included in the vengine.txt file, and an example is given with the Melissa virus. I had several motivations for writing this. One, of course, was to demonstrate that WOMEN CAN CODE TOO, a fact often overlooked in today's patriarchal society. Secondly, I was motivated by all the delightful publicity provided by the mass media surrounding the Melissa virus.
