From the doc: 'Tourchered Soul is a port flooder. To use this program, type in the host or IP name. Then type in the port that you wish to flood, the default is the browser port, 80. Delay is the milliseconds between each flood. For the times to send.... well.... you're not THAT dumb I'm sure!!'
