TightVNC 1.2 Binary Distribution for Windows platforms ====================================================== This distribution is mostly TridiaVNC 1.4.0 with new low-bandwidth optimizations such as "tight" encoding, optional JPEG compression, "local cursor" feature etc. These changes would be included in future TridiaVNC releases. The main change between this release and TridiaVNC CVS tree is re-inclusion of HTTP server serving Java viewer applet to Web clients. Java viewer included in this version supports both tight encoding and cursor shape updates ("local cursor" feature).
