Ltd.How SpyPC helps you?SpyPC is a software designed to secretly intercept, listen and record all the keystrokes and mouse clicks occurring in any application / software open on your computer. A log is kept of all these keystrokes and mouse-clicks information along with the respective Target Application Titles for which these keystrokes were meant, the user name, the date and time of the activities.Main Features of SpyPC:Secretly intercepts, listens and records all keystrokes and mouse-clicks occurring in any open application / software on your computer. The target applications, to which such keystrokes or mouse-clicks were directed keep getting them in the usual manner - instantly and without any hindrance. So the user never even knows that all his keystrokes and mouse-clicks are being observed and recorded secretly. A Log File (called Listen.htm) secretly records all these keystrokes and mouse-clicks information along with the Title Names of the respective Target Applications (for which these keystrokes or mouse-clicks were meant), the user name, the date and time of these activities. SpyPC starts in the form of a System Tray Icon on the Task Bar of the Desktop of your computer, optionally restricting access to its main window through password as described below. Option of password-protection for the main window of SpyPC so that if you choose to do so, only you or any person authorized by you with the knowledge of password could open and access the main window of SpyPC. As almost all options, operations and activities of SpyPC can be controlled only from its main window, this password-protection ensures that no unauthorized person can interfere with the working of SpyPC. It goes without saying that the password itself is encrypted (with a proprietary algorithm) and is stored in a secret place. Moreover, you have the option to change this password at any time you wish. Option to encrypt the Log File (i.e., Listen.htm) so that no unauthorized person could open and read the contents of this file. This encrypted Log File can be read from within SpyPC by a person who has permission to open the main window of SpyPC. (Decryption takes place automatically when the encrypted Log File is read from within SpyPC in an authorized manner.) Whenever you change the encryption option for the Log File, if you have an existing Log File, you will be prompted to save this existing Log File with some other name or in some other path, and depending upon your choice, SpyPC will do the needful by renaming the file, etc. Option to auto-launch SpyPC when the computer starts and the Windows starts. With this option ON, every time your computer is started, SpyPC will automatically launch and start. Of course, you can change this option at any time in future. You can use this auto-launch option along with the below-mentioned auto-spying option and the completely hide SpyPC at startup option. These three options, when used together, will ensure that whenever your computer is switched on, SpyPC will get launched automatically and the spying will also start automatically (while SpyPC will be hidden from view since the startup itself) so that even if you are not present and somebody starts the computer in your absence, the spying will start automatically with the word GO!. This gives you the power to view what others have done on your computer in your absence. Option of auto-spying, i.e., the spying will start automatically whenever SpyPC is started or launched. This will not require any intervention from your side. With this option ON, spying will start automatically each time SpyPC starts, and you do not have to specifically click at the appropriate menu-command or the toolbar-button. As described above, you can use this option along with the auto-launch option and the completely hide SpyPC at startup option to automatically launch and automatically start spying (with SpyPC completely hidden from view) when your computer is started, even in your absence, by somebody. Option to completely hide SpyPC from startup. With this option ON, SpyPC will be completely hidden from view automatically at the startup of the program every time. This will mean that all windows of SpyPC, its task bar icon, its System Tray icon will all be hidden from view. And, on the Win9x operating systems, SpyPC name will be hidden even from the Ctrl + Alt + Del Task Manager list also. As described above, you can use this option along with the auto-launch option and the auto-spying option to automatically launch and automatically start spying (with SpyPC completely hidden from view) when your computer is started, even in your absence, by somebody. Option to completely hide SpyPC from view during the current session only. This feature ensures that all windows of SpyPC, its task bar icon, its System Tray icon will all be hidden from view during the current session. And, on the Win9x operating systems, SpyPC name will be hidden even from the Ctrl + Alt + Del Task Manager list also. When SpyPC is completely hidden, it can be made visible again by pressing the Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S keys combination. Option of selecting a Default Directory, wherein the Log File (i.e., Listen.htm) would be saved automatically, without your intervention on each occasion. Log File (i.e., Listen.htm) is stored in the HTML format instead of the TEXT format. It gives EXTRA POWER to SpyPC to store the information relating to various keystrokes, mouse-clicks, Window / Application names, user names, date / time, and other messages in different color and font-sizes schemes. The scheme of using different color and different font-sizes for different kinds of messages has been designed specially and it is applied with uniformity and consistency to similar kinds of messages. It makes it convenient to view the contents of the Log File at a glance itself. Just by having a look at the Log File, you can make out what part of text means what - whether it is a mouse-click message or a keystroke message or some other helper message, and more specifically as to what key was pressed or which mouse button was pressed and where. Keyboard Filters : Option to not record messages relating to Shift, Caps Lock and Enter keys. Mouse Filters : Option to not intercept / record the mouse-click messages and intercept / record only the keystrokes. Also option to not intercept / record the Mouse Up messages.
