Hangs up the system by starting up a lot of tasks of V2000.exe (in c:windowssystem). Adds V2000.bat to the autoexec.bat winstart.bat registry and startup folder, so the system hangs again after reboot. showing the text "Year 2000". Starts up Outlook Express.
