From the doc: 'SMS spoof uses a dialup connection to an EMI/UCP compatible SMSC. Use this application with a modem connected to the Palm (e.g. an IR link to a GSM phone with a built in modem). It has been tested with Telenor's SMSC in Norway at 90002198, but should work with any SMSC supporting the EMI/UCP protocol as long as no authentication is required.'
