Flag: /ICQ xxxxxxx Using this flag notifies a ICQ user every time the PC connects to the Internet. Default: Does not notify a ICQ user. Flag: /Port xx Using this flag overrides the default port 0, 1-99 is valid. Default: Uses default port of zero.
