RemoteExec is a legitimate remote administration tool, which is used by computer administrators to update the remote computer, run applications, manage the OS, shutdown or restart a PC. However, hackers use RemoteExec for malicious purposes. In evil hands this application is as much dangerous as complex backdoors are. Consider removing RemoteExec server part from the computer as quickly as possible.
