Peerdoor is a backdoor that provides the attacker with unauthorized remote access to the compromised computer. Once executed, the parasite installs itself to the system and attempts to modify Windows networking drivers. Then it opens a back door, which allows the intruder to download and execute arbitrary files, alter the Windows registry and send out e-mail messages. Peerdoor runs on every Windows startup.
