Create your server, that will be extracted as inspiration.cpl, then pack it if you want, then send to where you want to setup a SOCKS4 proxy. Then just find an open port, ANY open port on the remote computer and make your connection ;) To do not use startup or ICQ, leave it blank on the creator.
