From the doc: 'Basically this program lets you determine whether or not a person is Invisible or really Offline on ICQ. There is a kick ass program out there which would let you determine the same thing, but the problem with it was if the user had Web Aware disabled it wouldn't work. With this program that doesn't matter.'
