Hlinic is a trojan that exploits a vulnerability in the Microsoft Windows operating system. The parasite may open a back door providing the attacker with unauthorized remote access to the compromised computer. It may also crash Microsoft Excel. Hlinic arrives in malicious Microsoft Excel spreadsheet documents.
