Floopy is a destructive virus that attempts to delete vital system files and thus destroy the entire system. It also changes Windows Explorer settings and shutdowns the infected computer whenever the user tries to runs system tools such as Registry Editor, Comand Prompt or System Configuration Utility. The virus may open some Microsoft Word documents. It spreads through floppy disks and by copying itself to numerous locations. Floopy runs on every Windows startup and every time an executable file is launched. The parasite starts even in Safe Mode.
