eSyndicate is an adware program published by the same named company. It displays undesirable commercial advertisements, contacts certain web sites and may receive additional instructions. These instructions may expand adware functionality. eSyndicate can get into the system along with some ad-supported software. It also can be manually installed. Once executed, it installs several files and alters the Windows registry to register itself as a browser add-on.
