After it opens, it should automatically retrieve a list of users and passwords. If the user does NOT have the "Save Password" option enabled, you cannot retrieve that password. This only works with stored passwords. If a username has the text "[ÃŽ]" beside it, that means that the password cannot be retrieved either because of an error or the "Save Password" option was not enabled.'
