From the doc: 'Patch Made To Reveal IP Addresses of Online Users. 1.)Make sure ICQ is not running. 2.)Copy rip2003a b3777.exe to your ICQ folder. 3.)Double click on the rip2003a b3777.exe file. 4.)Restart ICQ 5.)Pick an online user, and click on his/her name, then select [User Details/Address Book], then select [ICQ Details / Email], and you'll see thier IP address in a field to the right of thier ICQ number.'
