from the doc: 'This is a fast and traffic-less mail bomber which uses a web.icq server malware (discovered by ven000m) to send tons of email messages. Mails are sent in about 20:1, eg. you send 1Mb of data and user will receive about 20Mb! Always press "Check" button before bombing to ensure that email messages will arrive to destination. Why it was written? It's the only way to fix many bugs on aol & mirabilis servers (eg. force them to do it). Information about this and other malwares (like UIN resurrection) were reported a lot of times by me and other people. We get no responses, we can't feel secure, but we enjoy this messaging system, so, ICQ developers team, please don't stay apart and start working instead of drinking beer.'
