Open the registry editor (Click Start > Run, type regedit). Find and delete the following key: HKEY LOCAL MACHINE\Software\ddm Open a Dos command prompt (from Start > Programs>Accessory), type the following commands: regsvr32 /u %system%\ddmp.dll regsvr32 /u %system%\redirect.dll Note: %system% is a variable, you should repalce it with the System folder in your system ( by default this is C:\Windows\system (Windows 98/Me) or C:\Winnt\system32(Windows 2000/XP)) . Reboot the computer. Delete the following file: %system%ddmp.dll %system%\redirect.dll Delete the foler ddm from Program Files folder.
