Contextual Toolbar is a toolbar for Internet Explorer. It provides additional search functionality, but also redirects the user to a web search site serving commercial advertisements. The threat also lowers Internet Explorer security settings allowing some unsolicited applications to run on the compromised computer. Contextual Toolbar starts every time the user launches the web browser.
