Confluence details

  • Description

From the doc: 'a simple steganography tool. It was written with only one use in mind. This is to pass encrypted PGP messages through a working, standard jpeg/jfif data file format. Confluence works by first encrypting the PGP message with a basic 8 bit xor against a hardcoded key. This is done to hide the PGP header format. The message is then appended to the host file. Next, ten bytes are written. These bytes contain the original file size, payload size, and the standard jpeg/jfif end of file marker.'
