From the doc: first you've got to give it to yuor victim... after he starts it port 1981 will open... then you telnet to his IP at this port and enter the password (default is: "allnewbowl" but you can change it with config) confirm with enter... YOU'RE IN !!! (there will be no prompt after connection... it wil show up after you enter the password) it adds itself to RUN in registry so it will staryup every time your victim starts his winshit
