From the doc: 'If the client tries to connect to the server before the server has fully loaded then the server will go all funny and stop working properly until it is shutdown and restarted. It would be a good idea to wait about 30 seconds after the server is run before a connection is attempted. If the server is on 'Visible Server' then the server will tell you when it is ready to be used. The notifications may not work on all computers.'
